Vicki Lilly, President
Vicki has been a Director since 1999 and is in her final term as President. Her life-long experience in philanthropy includes presidencies of the Kansas City Ronald McDonald House, Alpha Delta Pi Foundation and National Panhellenic Conference Foundation and the Chairmanship of the Overland Park Arts Commission.

Russell Simmons, VP - Strategic Planning
Russell is a Portfolio Strategist for CenturyLink (formerly Embarq) and a small business owner. He is currently President Elect of the Foundation.

Karen Carlin Finstad, VP - Fundraising
Karen is Executive Director of the Delta Dental of Kansas Foundation. In addition to having served as First Lady of Kansas, Karen has been Development Director of Botanica in Wichita and the National Garden in Washington D.C.

Kristy Paul Schubert, VP - Community Relationsy
Kristy is owner of Art of Reply, Inc., which provides event planning, promotions and interior design services. She formerly held several marketing manager positions with Black & Veatch Corporation.

Kathy O'Dowd, Secretary
Kathy is a financial planner with The Planned Approach in Prairie Village.

David Morgenson, Treasurer
David was a partner at BKD LLP until retiring in 2004. In addition to serving on the Arts and Recreation Foundation Board, David currently serves on the boards of three commercial banks and two other charitable foundations.

Sally Anderson, Chair - Friends of OP Arts
Sally is Creative Resources Director for Hallmark Cards and a former Overland Park Arts Commissioner.

Karan Baucom, M.D.
Karan is a practicing physician and owner of The Baucom Institute for Longevity & Life Enhancement in Overland Park.

Wayne Byrd
Wayne is a retired business owner, former Overland Park City Councilman and the Founding President of the Foundation. Gifts from Wayne and his wife Anne funded the creation of Byrd's Grove at the Arboretum.

Shannon is an independent accounting professional.

Tony Cosby, Director - Recreation Services
Following a long career with the City of Overland Park, Tony was named in December as the City's Director of Recreation Services. His department includes Leisure Services (community centers, pools, classes and leagues, and arts programs), the golf courses, the Farmstead, and the Soccer Complex.

Georgia Erickson
Georgia is a former Overland Park City Councilwoman. She and her late husband Dick have been generous benefactors in all the areas of the Foundation's support - funding the Erickson Water Garden (the first garden at the Arboretum), Georgia's Hen House and the annual Georgia's Chicken Run at the Farmstead, and the establishment of the annual sculpture exhibition at the Arboretum. The Erickson Rose Garden is part of the Arboretum Master Plan.

Kelly is an attorney-at-law in private practice. She serves on the Planning Commission for the City of Leawood.

Jay is a partner with RubinBrown Tax Consulting Services Group and a graduate of Leadership Overland Park.

Todd is a Regional Sales Executive with Pepsi Americas, graduate of Leadership Overland Park and member of the Overland Park South Rotary Club.

Greg Ruether, Director - Recreation Services
In December 2009 Greg was named as the City's Director of Parks Services. His department includes Parks and Forestry (which he formerly managed), the Overland Park Soccer Complex, the Golf Division and Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead.

Teri is a Realtor with Reece and Nichols.

Kathy is a marketing consultant for the construction industry and founded KS Consulting in 2009.

Alan Stetson
Alan is Vice President, Senior Trust Officer at First National Bank of Kansas. He is President-Elect of the South Overland Park Rotary Club.

Teresa Stohs, Executive Director
Teresa joined the Foundation in 2007 as its first Executive Director. Her extensive experience as a non-profit professional includes being Executive Director of the Midwest Ear Institute, Vice President of Hartsook Companies, and Marketing and Development Director for the Kansas City Public Library. Teresa is active in Central Exchange and the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Leadership Overland Park.

Stephanie Stollsteimer, Foundation Assistant
This is a new position for the Foundation, and Stephanie began her duties in January 2010. Her foundation experience includes working with the SkillBuilders Fund and the Women's Foundation of Greater Kansas City.

Norma Friend, Bookkeeper
Norma is retired from the banking industry and has served the Foundation as bookkeeper since 2004.
